SolidPART is an expanding mortar to be mixed with water
Minimum 2h fire resistance, depending on the configuration
Guaranteed halogen and asbestos-free
Sealing of small to large openings (up to 1,200mm x 800mm) with multiple penetrations

• Clean and degrease the surfaces
• Moisten surfaces
• If necessary, make a light formwork (cardboard, polyane, etc.)
• Gradually add 25kg of mortar into water and mix until the desired consistency is obtained: thick (10L of water) to fluid (13L of water)
• Pour the mortar into the opening, possibly using a mortar pump
• Smooth out if necessary, with a trowel
• Clean tools with water immediately after use
• Allow to dry for 16 hours before removing the formwork to avoid surface delamination. Attach the compliance label
